I own a smartphone but it always annoyed me that the messaging apps are constantly checking for messages when you turn your wifi or data on. I found an app that let's you 'quarantaine' apps you want. This means that when I want to use Viber (like once or twice a week) I unlock it and then lock it again. It doesn't show anywhere on my phone but in the quarantaine. I should have said, being in ketosis isn't good long term. Could be maybe that I didn't hold it long enough in my experience, and it is hard because one cheat meal, because of friends for example, and you're out of it. I tried it myself and didn't function as well with so few carbs but I do avoid starch. I weigh 220 lbs and I like having around 100-150 gr carbs.
