4	How do you actually flirt with girls? I relate to this. Personally I find it hard to go from nothing to intimate myself, so god knows how the woman feels. I'm talking outside of the drunken nightlife environment. 3	How do you become self assured, self confident and charismatic? Agree with what you said here, I would add its very important to love yourself. Honestly a lot of guys overlook this and pay a heavy price for it eventually. Since it’s a super stimulus, after you have used it to the point of habit, nothing in everyday life can quite compete with that amount of happy chemical release. So therefore when you abstain from the super stimulus, over a period of a few weeks your brain heals and resets to a baseline.
