Most all laws are drawn up this way. Requiring a large war chest to add amendments and find precedence and related law in your favor. Reason being, if you are not in the right income bracket or know the correct people you are going to get removed and no one is there to care. Many laws started out just as vague and remain so. Also there is the fact that people don't worry about female sex offenders. A great way of getting legislation and new laws passed to create such reform. Someone should locate examples of children not receiving proper health care or damage done from not knowing correct genectic history. Present law with reason as you stated, to protect the children in case of medical needs. The records could be sealed after test. If requested by parent(s) or medical staff or even child in the future, they can retrieve the information.

Now that she is with the very person she had the child with and caused the divorce he should be able to renounce legal ownership. This is stupid. So now instead of letting the guy keep his job and them be forced to pay back the money they stole. He loses his job and goes to jail. She is now REALLY a single mother with kids. it's actually one of the higher paying jobs while being one of the easiest. You sit on your but watching TV while the kid sleeps. Then sit them down to watch TV or play games while awake. Make a small meal every few hours. Most likely the same time you make your own. I think the rewards far outweigh the small amount of actual work actually being done.

For someone under 21 the legal limit is .01, but some states it may be different. That is not that much. Me personally I could get to .26 and use common sense, but some people can't. Of course ideally you would keep all parties anonymous and let the evidence stand on it's own merit. Keep the feelings and emotions out of the trial. For sentencing, let the victim describe their pain and/or loss. This way there is not that much to worry about in regards to getting ruined if you were to be kept anonymous. It's hard to come up with the perfect solution. But it's obvious that change needs to happen.

I posted the exact same article at r/feminism with the title "Judith Grossman: A Mother, a Feminist, Aghast" the same as the article at the WSJ. There it was at 45% with 0 comments and only 15 agrees. I guess they don't like to learn of defectors or the damage they themselves are doing.
