If you can't make the pass safely then you weren't paying attention it's that simple. Yes bikers are more vulnerable but it still isn't their fault if a careless driver plows into them, legs can be lost in car crashes. 3	As a prior service member I can contest to this as true and the military encourages marriage at a very young age which is why the divorce rate among military is even higher than the civilian’s marriage rates.
