| 2 | Things nobody told me about being obese and what to do about it.This. I really feel like it has to be one or the other or a very finely tuned balance of both. I don't feel well at all on a diet that most here seem to live by. I've switched to a very very high carb diet the past year on which I've felt better, and made more fitness gains than I have in a very long time. It is very apparent though that if I add too much fat into my diet while staying high carb, I feel much more sluggish / unwanted weight comes on easily. | /r/TheRedPill | 07/07/16 05:01 PM |
| -1 | Goldilocks and the Three Metabolic Pumps. (Trigger Warning: Science!)700+ grams of carbs a day from fruit sugar currently and I'm feeling better and better. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/04/16 09:17 PM |
