I think it's overrated. Drink what you wanna drink, eat what you wanna eat, as long as you hit the gym. I never hesitate to drink coke, eat pizza and the chick I hang around with loves my body, especially my biceps. Chicks don't give a shit about abs. But most of them care that you are big.
