I had big health problems to sort out, so give it a go. Once it becomes a habit, it just keeps going. I do have some dairy if it is too hard to avoid. I do miss eggs though, that is about all.
/r/MGTOW29/05/19 04:01 AM

yep, you get a good one and there is nothing really missing. I make one which is black bean based. blended with caramelised onions, mushrooms and pecans. It really it good. I remember how good meat tastes though lol

It's not for everyone. I only become one for health. I don't call myself a vegan though - I just eat like one. It took me from mid range hypertension to perfect BP and off meds.
/r/MGTOW29/05/19 03:28 AM

of course.

Nothing better than a good vegan burger. Not many vegans here, that's for sure.

So true.. I have let go of a lot of music I really loved because of this. Music that got me blue pilled in the first place.

Simple post but very powerful.

Hey brother. I am 49. This is my 25th year married. I read your post and wondered if I had written it. Finding mgtow is about the only thing that actually pulled me back from the brink. Now I am just trying to work out how the hell to get out of this self imposed prison intact.

This is completely true.. Have experienced it first hand. I would say this is what brought me to take mgtow seriously as the more I read the stories, the more I realised that my experience is in no way unique.
/r/MGTOW13/12/18 11:20 PM
1

Thanks for sharing man. It blows my mind how similar our experiences are.
/r/MGTOW11/12/18 09:46 PM

Dude I fantasize about this. I actually lie awake at night thinking about it. 1990 I was 20 and had never been seriously involved with a woman.
/r/MGTOW10/12/18 11:37 AM

I believed in love. Took me until 46 to finally stop this belief. Thanks for sharing your story brother.

Making bread is a joy.. Have you attempted a sourdough starter ? Lots of work, and you have to look after it like a pet. Nothing beats poached egg on sourdough.

Great car.. miss mine.
/r/MGTOW24/11/18 04:54 AM

Very much so. Decisions that completely alter your life. I've wasted over twenty years of my life because of it.
/r/MGTOW24/11/18 04:44 AM

I am glad I am not the only person that has realised the actually reality of what it is.. just rubbing skin. One very powerful tool of being truly free is to really understand this.
/r/MGTOW23/11/18 11:55 PM

that would be my wife of 24 years. I sometimes just don't talk just to see if she starts a conversation that isn't putting someone down.

Are woman able to give the silent treatment ?
/r/MGTOW18/11/18 10:36 PM

Exactly brother. I so wish I could go talk to my 20 year old self. Too late now, but not for others that want to listen.
/r/MGTOW18/11/18 10:23 PM

Combining that with taking the long way home etc etc I easily do seven hours a week

I've only been aware of mgtow/red pill for a year. Up until then I have just suffered in silence. I am just trying to regrow my balls now and get out of this situation. I haven't had them for a long time, so it's a process. The journal is part of it.
/r/MGTOW28/10/18 09:48 PM

3

I understand exactly where you are brother. It is a living hell.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 12:16 PM
1

I have organically started to do this. Almost exactly as you lay it out. Writing it down and planning will do just that - make the ripping off of the band aid so much easier. Thanks brother, very much appreciated.
/r/MGTOW16/10/18 12:14 PM
3

Haha that would go over well on simpbook
/r/MGTOW15/10/18 10:24 AM
1

Good question. There is nothing to fear any more. I use to have a lot of reasons, but they don't exist any more. I need to get a bond together and save a little money. I've started that before as well. I need to just go.
/r/MGTOW15/10/18 08:44 AM
3

It is time. But I've said that before.
/r/MGTOW15/10/18 08:05 AM

I've seen older workmates completely screwed and glued mate, don't think it is any better . One of my bosses had half his super taken by a women he had been with for two years. He had even set her up with a hat shop (which of course failed) beforehand. One guy I use to play cricket with said he worked out he could of got a prostitute every night he was married and still would of ended up ahead. He had a successful refrigeration company.
/r/MGTOW14/10/18 11:26 PM
2

Yes, was hook Line and sinker in the whole 'get married mortgage and kids' thing. Cost me the best years of my life
/r/MGTOW13/10/18 01:02 AM
5

Yeah it's probably more common than what I think.
/r/MGTOW12/10/18 12:18 PM
4

Yep we give up so much for nothing
/r/MGTOW12/10/18 12:18 PM

This is very true. Many times I have been driving home filled with dread.. taking the long way just so I can listen to some music I want to listen to.
/r/MGTOW12/10/18 04:23 AM

yeah man, we are in strange times.. cannot see it getting any better really.

Dude I’m 48 and my life has been destroyed by involvement with women. I’ve been a cuck, white knight and all and sundry. I took the whole love and marriage thing hook line and sinker. You are in a position of not going down this road. Drive safely.

I am nearly 50 and still live pay to pay because of my wife and kids. Take this as a warning guys. Get a vasectomy even. Don't worry about being lonely - there is nothing worse than being surrounded by people and being broke and miserable (and feeling lonely in a different way)
/r/MGTOW12/09/18 09:37 PM

Another old guy.. I'll second that. Add not giving a fuck and laughing at life.
/r/MGTOW05/09/18 09:53 PM

Ah yes, have to be careful to not cross the line. I'm 48, and have come to realise so so much is a lie. It is a challenge not to be bitter. An older guy tried to give me the red pill before I was married in the 90s. Geez I wish I had of listened to him. He was going through a messy divorce and told us that he worked out it would of been cheaper to get an escort every day he was married. He had a very successful business at the time.
/r/MGTOW29/07/18 07:27 AM

This guy is my fucking hero.
/r/MGTOW29/07/18 06:45 AM

Absolutely. Been sold lies our entire life. Food industry, politicians. you name it.
/r/MGTOW29/07/18 06:41 AM

Personally I go for music without words. Since going mgtow I can barely listen to a lot of songs I use to love. Trip hop is my current fave.
/r/MGTOW28/07/18 12:34 PM

Yeah, I have a 14 year old daughter and am struggling with this.

/r/MGTOW24/07/18 11:09 PM

I'm glad there is a component of older guys on here. I was born in the early seventies, and received the programming much the same. I find myself now trying to warn younger guys not to waste their life.
/r/MGTOW22/07/18 02:01 AM
2

I cannot even work out a retarded reason why you would do this.
/r/MGTOW21/07/18 05:14 AM

/r/MGTOW19/07/18 10:44 PM

I can attest to that
/r/MGTOW19/07/18 12:47 AM
1

If you want to take advice from an old guy.. you need to give them up. They should be last in your life. I wasted 24 years of my life for nothing.. nadda.. it's not worth it. I could take my brain back to my early 20s self I would have NOTHING to do with them.
/r/MGTOW18/07/18 05:38 AM
2

don't be sorry man, much better to be woke.
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 11:43 PM

24 years here. AWALT
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 10:06 PM

Only way I managed this was to be completely broke (because of her)
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 10:02 PM
2

I wouldn't of replied to that, but great reply. I am 48 and you have described our brain washing perfectly. We were duped big time man. My wife did the same.. lost weight and promptly had an affair, they are all the frikkin same.
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 10:00 PM
2

Being 48, I always laugh when I see a hag with a barb wire ring on their arm. The 9s and 10s were the only ones with it back in the day.
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 03:35 AM
1

you shouldn't even engage that shit man
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 03:33 AM

now this is MGTOW. That sounds so frikkin awesome.
/r/MGTOW17/07/18 01:59 AM

Welcome dude. A lot of support here. This sub is quite positive as we have all found or way onto the same boat. SS Freedom.
/r/MGTOW14/07/18 01:47 AM

Yeah I know.. I certainly should of listened to my elders. Even my father in law (good good man) asked me if I knew what I saw doing when I asked for her hand.
/r/MGTOW12/07/18 04:08 AM

cheers mate!!

/r/MGTOW11/07/18 10:08 PM

Sounds like we are around the same age. I think I became truly woke when she hounded me to get white collar insurance increase available on my superannuation. Worth more dead and no doubt salivating at the prospect of me dieing.
/r/MGTOW11/07/18 12:36 PM
2

Perfectly said mate and thank you for your kind words. Brainwashed is the word. I simply cannot believe what a sucker I've been. And I've only been woke now for about a year. I know I'll be happy. I'll know my kids will be fine. I am squirrelling away money to get a bond and rent ready. I already have a small storage space and post office box. It's lucky really that we are broke because of her, I could pretty much put all my worldly possessions in a couple of car trips. No property or assets of …

/r/MGTOW11/07/18 07:23 AM
6

yep, I understand that feeling all too well.
/r/MGTOW11/07/18 07:21 AM

This is spot on. Experienced this first hand with wife. Stage 1 ended very quickly as I had sat on evidence for ages (too long) Stage 2 Got me first time, then she did it again with the same guy. This actually hurt me the most as I had forgiven. Stage 3 followed and she still brings it up. Stage 4 Will absolutely follow when I get the balls and my shit together enough to leave. She has even jokingly said I will get revenge on you if you leave me (shit test obviously) I just act my way through it…
/r/MGTOW11/07/18 03:36 AM
1

So so true.
/r/MGTOW10/07/18 07:08 AM
2

The clarify I have achieved is simply blowing my mind. I am struggling with dwelling on the past, but know I have to stop. Advice for a 28 year old ? I know you are on board with the subject of this board, so won't preach to the choir. The 100% most important thing in your life is your health. Eat well. Exercise. Sleep. Keep stress out of your life. Don't chase dollars, chase happiness. I know this is all horribly cliched, but at this point of my life I can tell you it is true.
/r/MGTOW08/07/18 04:24 AM
2

Yeah I'm 48 dude. Wasted a lot of my life.
/r/MGTOW08/07/18 03:20 AM
3

Cheers mate. Bit of a downer comment I know. It's a comment on how much stress they have caused me. I'm old and it's done damage.
/r/MGTOW07/07/18 11:18 PM

as an old guy, I am constantly blown away by how much trolls are fed these days. I first experienced the term "Don't feed the trolls" on fidonet using a dial up BBS. Dealing with trolls is easy, but they are so very well fed these days.

The link between a man and his dog is one of the purest, beautiful things on the planet. The grief is hard and inescapable. It simply has to run it's course. Sorry I cannot be any help, but I completely understand what you are feeling. I am old, and have experienced it many times.

Absolutely. fifteen year old kids can read old dog stories all they want, but are really going to struggle against nature. I really wish I could go back to my fifteen year old self with this knowledge. I would just be content jacking off and not looking sideways at women (girls)
