Tbf, India seems like a horrible place to be a woman, as well.

By “screening” what do you mean? Like for genetic anomalies? (I ask sincerely out of curiosity, no snark, jic) Which nations do this? …and when you say “universally” I’m understanding that you mean they screen EVERY SINGLE INFANT regardless of whether there is a known risk of genetic anomalies inherited from the parents? Like EVERY SINGLE CHILD? Do you have any information regarding the cost of this practice, if it is indeed practiced at such a large scale? Is it paid for by the government, by p…

Hmmm…doesn’t sound problematic at all, not like health insurance companies will be foaming at the mouth to deny coverage or raise rates for those born with certain predispositions.

It should not be mandatory but legally available if the man wants it. Making it obligatory is giving dystopian vibes.

Idk if most women are like this. It might be a case of shitty people being the loudest/most seen. Many of us, normal people that aren’t unhinged, take that shit seriously and would never accuse someone of a crime they didn’t commit. There are dozens of us, dozens!

Maybe she doesn’t have kids? That’s also an assumption. Some people just don’t want to date someone who has kids (or full custody of their kids). Edit: Never mind! I was wrong, she has kids. She can go fuck herself with that double standard. ✔️

That would be fucking great. More men should support each other in taking a leap in that direction. It won’t happen until people just start doing it.

Those aren’t real feminists. Those are Man-Hating Karenists…and they are few and far between compared to normal, level headed people. They’re just extra loud and annoying. Try to remember that there are good women out there, just like there are good men.

“…I mean, unless he has a womb.” Yes, I mentioned that exception in the comment you responded to.

Ah! Yes, I totally agree. I believe that if a man does not agree to have the child, she should either abort it or raise it 100% without financial support or contact from/with him. If you tell a woman that you will not be a part of an unborn child’s life and they insist on involving you, you 100% have the right to ghost them, and it should be a choice that can be made without any negative legal repercussions for the man.

Women can seperate sex from the responsibilities of parenthood. Men can't, even if they didn't consent to the sex. How so? I would imagine that women are inherently tied to the responsibilities of parenthood due to the fact that they have to carry the fetus and birth the child. In my opinion, they definitely don’t have more of an ability to “separate sex from the responsibilities of parenthood” because they are literally the ones that would be stuck being pregnant if they have sex. I don’t think…

What do you mean by “write away their responsibilities”? What is the “parents are not read argument”? Thanks, and sorry for the bother, I genuinely want to understand. I agree that this issue is tied to, at it’s core, whether or not both parents are pro-life/pro-choice, which makes it even more complicated.

Ok…but mentioning “right to abortion”? Would that be kind of redundant? It’s obvious why that’s a woman’s right not available to a man…I mean, unless he has a womb.

What a criminal psychopath.... So senseless! It's not even about the money, just senseless spite. It boils my blood, for you and your children. I admire your patience and tenacity. Many would have given up- and I would not blame them. This kind of situation can suck the life out of people. Keep fighting the good fight, you and your family are worth it.

Wow. It's really flabbergasting how some people can be so angry and hateful, especially to those who least deserve it. I'm sorry that she put you in that position. Hopefully, karma will eventually catch up with her in this lifetime. It's so sad, not only for you and your children, but the idea that someone can be so mentally twisted that they put themselves and others through this kind of ordeal. She can't be happy.... not truly. Only miserable people act this way, even if they put up a front of…

I hear you and I agree. The law, especially regarding children and custody, is biased towards favoring women. It's archaic and wrong on so many levels. I hope that in the future, we can see more fairness when it comes to the discrimination that men face in this regard (and others). We're all human! Some people really need to learn empathy for others, regardless of gender.

We're not that rare... are we? :( Crazy b*tches are just flashier, louder and leave so much destruction in their wake, that for some, they give all women a bad name. I'm sorry that you've had to cross paths with them. Don't lose hope, good humans exist. ❤️

That's insane. What happened with your relationship to her? Did it deteriorate slowly before the kids arrived? Or was it a sudden 180* turn where she just seemed to snap? What did she tell you was her reason for leaving (I don't mean the DV claims to the courts, more, like, in conversations between the two of you)? Do you know why she wants to ruin your life? Again, I'm sorry that you've had to deal with this. It's heartbreaking.

Jesus christ....that's a whole lot of effort she went through!! Who the fuck has the energy for that?! I mean....what's the point, for her? You're willing to give her and your children support. Raising children is exhausting. Who wouldn't want a good, involved father? Just, insane... I'm sorry that you (and your children) had to go through that (and that you're still dealing with it). I hope that you can resolve this sooner than later, and that you can have an actual relationship with your child…

Please, please, please try again. Make a day of it. Pen and paper, google, search for at least 5 Dr.'s. Call them all, try to make appointments, and ask for lab tests. If they can't physically examine you at their office, then they can perhaps send a referral/Rx for a lab to a laboratory. Ask for a full panel including all thyroid hormones (T3, T4, TSH etc.) If the Dr. can't exactly do a physical exam, perhaps you can at least start with doing the lab tests in person (obviously, lol) and then the…

What? Are you serious? All you have to do is close your mouth for longer periods of time. Just stop eating so much. Drink water. NO SODA OR JUICE. Pace around in your apartment, do calisthenics. If people in solitary confinement find ways to get fit in prison, so can you. What really needs a workout and a nip/tuck is your attitude.

The Daily Wire Ad: GET YOUR FREE TUMBLER WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE Tumbler reads: LEFTIST TEARS (hot or cold) "LIMITED TIME OFFER!" Great source you've got there. Men can be victims of sexism. Let's not let other people (regardless of gender) become victims of Ben Shapiro's far-right leaning, clickbaity, shitty news source.

The problem is that this is probably a vocal minority...I don't think most, good people are like this. Many people get divorced and try to look out for the child's best interest. Draining your ex's finances and slandering them is not good for the child's future. We probably hear about/remember these cases less because they are more boring.

Both men and women have the opportunity to be whatever trade in the military they want... but only those who are qualified and able to do the job, will get it.. REGARDLESS OF GENDER. I feel like that should be the truth...but is it? Regardless of gender, many people get jobs they aren't qualified for, it's about who they know and who recommends them.

Oh, I agree that we should highlight that women are also responsible for abuse. That is the point of the original post. I am in support of raising public awareness about women committing domestic violence and psychological abuse- which is why I up-voted the post and why I sympathized with the other OP who has only had relationships with abusive women. I do not think women are infallible. My way of seeing things is gender neutral which is why I am saying there are shitty people out there, regardl…

Women are people. Some women do abusive stuff like this. Some men do abusive stuff like this. There are good people and there are shitty people, regardless of their gender. No one deserves to be treated like this, man or woman. Your statement is divisive.

As a 29 year old woman that does not do any of this shit, reading your comment made me feel sad. Good people are out there and I do not feel that they are in the minority. Shitty people just make themselves heard more often and a lot of times they actively seek out kind, trusting people to use. I hope in the future you run into better people. ❤️
