I am pretty sure they have photoshopped the hat onto the second guy on the right. If you zoom in you'll see that a part of the hat has been sliced off slightly. So even if you refuse to wear the hat during the shoot, they'll just place in on you after the fact. What a place to work.

One thing that i have noticed when i was applying for jobs and going to job interviews. Is that nobody ever actually asked to see my Certificates and Diploma's.
