Unfortunately, lots of colleges won't accept you as a transfer if you aren't "in good standing". That means meeting a GPA requirement and not having any holds on your account. The college can probably fuck him out of any attempted transfer by making up garbage about an owed fee, or placing him under probation of some kind.

The problem with arguing against rape culture is that every single feminist will tell you it means something different, and there is no resource with the "right" answer accessible. I have seen very effective arguments against the definition you use, and at least five or six other definitions. It certainly is not anymore. Since roughly 2011, a significant and ever increasing portion of reddits userbase has been shared with 4chan. Now it has a huge overlap. This not a big deal or a sign of a feminist bias conspiracy. They doubled the number of defaults from 25 to 50. Do you really expect a few stinkers to not be in 50 subreddits?
