If you're interested in web dev then check out the odin project. Its an open source curriculum that will teach you all you need to get a job. Its estimated to take 1000 hours though so at your rate you can get a job in 20 years.

If you're still looking for something to study, and you enjoyed the dev stuff you did, definitely look in to machine learning. Average pay is around 160k in the US, is extremely high demand, and you can learn it yourself. I've been doing it for a while now and am a couple months off being ready for a job.

I'm about 8 months in to my 1 year weed break, before I made the decision to stop I probably smoked 3 or 4 times a week on average for 7 years, with the last year pretty much every night. What made it possible for me was to replace the habit, every night I started reading instead of smoking, and now i dont even think about weed. First few weeks were tough not gonna lie, but I knew it was for the better so I kept going.
