I’m for her being charged, I just questioned earnestly whether accusation of rape is tantamount to actual rape. Replied to another Redditor and agreed with their points that it probably should be. Not necessarily disagreeing, but surely being proven and convicted of doing the act should hold more of a sentence than pretending it happened?
