Even if she manages to take him back, that would be very blue pulled behaviour on his end which would lower his SMV and she would still be dissatisfied because he took her back, especially now that she is acutely aware of her current lower worth. It’s truly a catch 22.

So I’ve also heard of “womyn.” It’s considered very PC and... Why do you care.

Man up. Learn the movement and use a barbell.

Romanian deadlifts did it for me. Had a personal trainer when I first started lifting and he made me start every single workout, no matter what it was with Romanian deadlifts. Two weeks later and a very sore back and I was standing up properly.

That career you busted your ass for and sacrificed your fitness, happiness, social life and got into depression over? Not worth it. Go lift. No matter what. That’s better for your self worth anyway. And you’ll spend less time exhausted in bed unable to get up. Also that girl you thought was different is not. She may be the pastor’s daughter but she has just about no morals. She will still ditch you for the hotter guy and she will frame you as an asshole no matter what you do.

I’m a VW guy so I just follow a VW sub, and a few specific models within...so no there’s not much to it.

I only joined Reddit to do just that. Otherwise it’s pretty boring. That and some car info.

Someone else mentioned that this is normal in Southern Europe. I know this isn't the best thing for the kids but I've seen the kids of these cousins - they're fine. It's only a problem after several generations. They just don't have the stigma of first cousins being considered inbred. This also applies to Iran and so on beyond the Arab world.

So actually in the Arab world, I know a lot of married couples who are also first cousins. I know it's freaky but it is what it is. This is hilarious (to me) but not as weird as you'd think it is

Embrace the hell out of it. I wish I had unlimited energy. I'd spend a lot of time working out and banging and learning music and still have leftover energy to work and generate an income. To me it sounds like there's no lose situation for you but I don't know...I'm not the one in your place. Good luck.

I get told I lift too much/too often. I hit my first 225 lb deadlift in front of her and she could see me. She criticised it being too heavy and then later went "ah but you lift weights how could you possibly not be able to lift x heavy item?"
/r/askTRP12/12/16 03:06 AM

My parents banned me from lifting and turned it into a guilt trip for me. Unfortunately for them I'm at it as hard as possible and it's come to "I'll do my thing and if you try to stop it don't expect me to do anything you expect from me". It's working.

My mum does the same thing too. I thought I just had terrible parents for that. Great.

People have asked me for relationship advice, at which point I have taken the guy aside and told him to man up and "put him in his place" so to speak using TRP values. Most of the time he comes to accept it. I've had a few guys go "no it doesn't work like that" to which my response was "this is my advice and I won't change it. Whether you decide to listen to it or not isn't my job"

I have a 2011 Jetta and can attest to this. It's a solid car that's understated. And honestly that's how I see being alpha as. Solid and understated. You don't need to be over the top or flashy in any way. This is just why it works. And yes I'd like a motorbike too but I live in Canada...impractical until I have the extra money.

As a rule I avoid screwing in the workplace/in school etc. I'm in a program where teamwork/peers is going to be necessary today and through my career after I graduate. I am avoiding sleeping around with girls within my program for that exact reason...because I will need to work with them later.

5'7" was rejected by a girl who told me I was too short on the spot. Made it work with a few others who were 5'8"/5'9" but it's also good for me that I'm into chicks who are under 5' as well. So it's working for me with a chick who's 4'11". I'm not in the shape I want to be in and I can just see how much better my SMV would be when I get to my fitness goals but those take time to achieve. I'm on my way there but that part of SMV (height) is just one thing I can't control. Oh well. Btw I just see…

I found out that she knew a guy who hated me a lot for no reason since first year uni. Literally I didn't do anything to him and he was an ass from the start. They're good friends. That's probably what happened. So sex being good or bad makes no difference when her best friend is an asshole who is in the friend zone and gives her poor advice.

Except mine was actually really good at it. I will follow this advice. I don't have the time or the energy to think about it. I like rationalising and reflection but some things won't change.

Yes I am. It just didn't go to "plan". I'm content. I enjoyed my sex and I probably wouldn't have contacted her again very soon.

I don't care. This was easy come and easy go. But I was hoping to find out what I could have messed up. Seems like it could be guilt of some sort as mentioned above. Oh well...sucks for her.

I'm not sure what more information to provide but your response makes sense. I was surprised she made a move like that. Caught me off guard but I went through with it. I've already moved on but it is making me reevaluate what I could have fucked up.

Haven't been to DC so can't compare. Frankly I can't stand going to parties so that does put a damper on my game. I have to be exceptional at it outside of a nightlife.

22 years old live at home by choice because it's more sensible financially. Because I'm the younger one in the house I pretty much take care of the majority of the heavy lifting stuff up and down the staircase and so on. It's a bigger house and I co-own it. I don't sleep in the master bedroom but that doesn't bother me. Like others have said it's too far from DT so I just plan events there. If I'm taking someone home usually by saying that I pay part of the mortgage I'm fine.

I'm 22. Redid grade 12 and was required to do grade 13 in my high school system. I'm in first year uni of a four year program because I dropped out of my first program when I came close to either that or taking my life. I'll graduate age 26 and have to do a 2-3 year master's degree before I can have a serious career. Assuming all goes to plan I won't be starting my career till I'm 28-29. Most of my high school class have either graduated several years ago (those who went to lower tier colleges) …

I'm a student. I have to be up by 6 most days and I'm frequently getting home at 10 pm. It sucks cause it throws me off. If I could train daily at any point between 12-6 am I would always do it. Empty gym and some of the best workouts I've ever had. Trying to lay off screens at night now but I got addicted already. Shit.

Yet Ottawa has two universities with a somewhat international reputation and a college. Arguably the two biggest "industries" are students and federal government. Tech died almost a decade ago and is now being "resurrected" by millennial graduates. The rest is based on the services that these two sectors require (and some agriculture). The "market" is very student based. Also I'm a little biased because I am a student as well so I really see it.

Week 3.5 of test. Week 2.5 of tbol and holy shit this stuff has kicked in. I just had the best pump I have ever had in my life. Seriously if the price I have to pay for this is to struggle to fall asleep (or maybe if I train harder I'll fatigue and fall asleep better) then I will take that any day man.

I'm worried it could just be getting to me as well. Maybe some placebo and I'm just freaking out lmao. No lactation so far.

Source is reputable (I checked the brand and the supply) so I'd be surprised. No night sweats. I read a lot on tren. I didn't notice a cough that would be a "killer" or any of that. Colour is a very light piss yellow? I go up at 9 floors on a staircase at least once or twice a day. My breathing has stayed the same but also the leg soreness that I'm used to after doing so is now long gone.

Nope no cough. I'm guessing they'd put tren e cause this is test c I'm on...doubt they'd put a short ester?

That's exactly my plan for my second cycle. Dick is perfect and joints are fine. If anything nips are getting a bit more sensitive than I like. :/ that with the bloat...yikes hahaha

It's all UGL. Probably gonna come off at the end for sake of my balls and cause I don't know when my next cycle would be... I have absolutely no way of finding my e2. I've been pretty much without solid healthcare for 3 years because of it. I know what to expect when my e2 is too high/too low and I play it by ear. Sucks but that's just how it'll have to be.

500 Test c weekly, 80 mg tbol ED Aromasin for AI...that's it until PCT. Not sure exactly what will be done there. Being guided by a friend. Bloat has come in, including in my face from the test, but solid gains so I'm happy. Insomniac as hell though haha.

I live in a smaller Canadian city (read: somewhat boring) that is also a student town: because of this many guys have more time so take training very seriously. I was surprised at how fit people were because once summer kicked in literally everybody was working out shirtless outdoors and I saw some impressive physiques. Whenever I go to Toronto I realise that people there may like working out but they're not active outdoors like here and they really love their all-you-can-eat restaurants. I'm av…

Experiencing that superhuman thing for the first time firsthand. 13 more weeks to go and I'm already thinking of extending it...if not just blasting and cruising haha I have a feeling that's the issue you're having.

Your balls may have not recovered...or what I'm afraid of seeing happen is just enjoying being on so much that you just don't want to come off because you're less of the person you liked being.

Start off by making your friend list on facebook private. They don't need to know who you meet. See if you can change programs within university and don't tell them about it...seeing as you hate your education...or do as mentioned above and withdraw and use the refunded money (well over 15 grand as an international student depending which country you're in...if the US may be well above 20) to start your own life severing contacts with the family. The question here may be if your student visa sta…

Similar background. But the girl I started with also had a similar background but more experience. I was really lucky because I got a first time with a girl who had left that background a few years before I did so she understood exactly how I felt and blew me away. I was very beta when I told her though (at least I felt very beta).
