Pain is the path to growth. And growth is born out of pain. Suffering is the only way to true fulfillment. If you don't think that's the case, climb a mountain. Run a marathon. When you reach that end, that peak, after a gruelling amount of hard work, THAT feeling that you get, is true happiness. Whether you are alone or with someone, that happiness is going to be there for you at the end of that line. Cross it.

Listen to 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle. He clarified things that I have always know deep inside but could never articulate. YouTube has the full audiobook. It might just be the answer you seek. I know it has made me a lot happier and joyful. I am nowhere near the success you have. I was near bankruptcy just a while back in fact. But I feel lighter, happier, more present and more in power.

Once I started serious exercise (forgive me TRP for I do bodyweight), my physique started changing drastically. My confidence had gone up. I look so much better with and without clothes on. And my mood is better, I don't feel the urge to fap, I look at women like just people who I'm.attracted to and all of it has gained me my first plate and two others in orbit. And this happened within two months of me taking t seriously. Sure, I did spend six months before that losing weight, understanding nut…

Gentle touches to begin with. Make her comfortable. Eyes.can speak volumes. But in its absence, a light touch can do the trick. Then slowly gauge her reaction and escalate. First, sit together close. Somewhere with room to.maneuver and no one else around if you can manage it. Then slowly, while having a conversation (you do have to take a lead here even with girls who are not so shy), move in. Gently touch her on the shoulder. This is a friendly gesture. Then make her laugh. Jokes are not necess…

Initially I did not really understand how it's done. Then started to meditate regularly. It's been about 4 months now since I started. Something shifted in the last few weeks. I can't put it in words. But as a result, I feel like my sexual energy is being channeled into my daily life. I still feel arousal at the thought of a woman I fancy or if she is near me and ready to go. But it doesn't bother me as much as it used to even a month back. And my sexual appetite has gone down over all I feel. A…

Launched new company. Socialised 4 evenings but kept work on schedule. Did body weight training 6 our of 7 days. Can see a vague outline of my abs. Finally. Also did yoga and meditation 6 out of 7 days. Talked to a few women. Couldn't convert but I'll keep trying and learning. Maintained frame in a few situations. Rewarding experience but needs more work. Maintained my diet. Drank plenty of water.

I'd say I basically started paying more attention to things I was doing. So I started focussing more on work. Or whatever else I was doing. This caused me to look at social media less frequently and enjoy doing one thing at a time. Then, when I would actually be on social media to promote something or do an ad campaign, I'd notice that I wasn't really enjoying scrolling through my timeline. It was just a habit. So what would usually be an hour or so, would be over in 15 minutes. I also started r…

I'd say well done! I do some advertising and promotional stuff for my work on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and that's pretty much the only time I go on to it. Used to be every other hour. But then it changed once I started being mindful. Mindfulness showed me what waste of time it was and most importantly - so very unfulfilling. Nowadays I don't even feel the urge and the habit is slowly dying. And I don't miss it at all. Edit : Forgot to mention - my social life, friendships and produc…

Post introduction to Red Pill, I have started dropping people like crazy from my life. They don't know it of course, but I know it has come down to hanging out with about 3 male friends from having a circle of about a dozen people. It's not like I hate them, but their worldview often turns conversations so very misandrist and the betas eat that shit up and agree. And the toxic women who are going to get into an argument at the drop of a hat, don't even get me started. Previously I would be like …

This is a very good point. I never really verbalised it like that but I know you're completely right. I guess I was using the word 'consent' as it is used around me these days. But true consent is what you have described. I have definitely experienced that lack before and simply stopped whatever I was doing with her and went cold cause I knew it wasn't going anywhere and it wouldn't be an enjoyable experience. May be I should edit the title to importance of kino?

There's also a great audiobook on YouTube by pillreader. It is basically a machine read version of one of the collections called the book of pook. I have heard it several times and I always learn something new. It's a vast storehouse of information so it'll take a while to absorb and apply. At least that's the way it is with me. I'm just a few months in to TRP.

Re: diet - 4th month of ketosis and second month of ketosis + intermittent fasting. I took a break month in January just to see what happens. I was slower in mind, emotionally not as stable and energy levels were not as high. I guess it's like fitness. Once you experience a fit body, of let go for some reason, the difference is palpable. I emphatically agree with what this one YouTube guy said about this combo - it's like running your body on rocket fuel!

I can vouch for Headspace. Great app! Also, YouTube is full of audiobooks like psychocybernetics, deep work, mastery... I have learned so much from them and they have changed my life for the better. IMO, success should be an inside out process. You succeed with your mind and body and all else follows suit. Including riches and freedom. Also, I often just choose a Ted talk and let YouTube play similar talks. Amazing way to stumble into incredible things.

Do your research, bro. Check out the interviews on high intensity health for example. These are researchers, trainers, doctors. Don't spread old outdated info in the name of helping others. Your body is not stupid. You don't need to guzzle protein immediately before or after a work out. Working out fasted is good for everyone except those who need explosive strength like powerlifters or high intensity athletes like basketball players. And even then they need to replenish their glycogen levels by…

All of these. Don't try to do them all at once rather start with one that you find the easiest to do and then slowly pile others on top as you gain some comfort with the first. I am fasting an average of 20:4, maintaining ketosis, meditating, lifting and doing yoga regularly. What I have noticed is that it really helps me stay alert throughout the day, pretty much within minutes of waking up (as soon as I hydrate). There are some problems to be overcome though - you might experience sleep proble…

There's a lot of information out there about training fasted and remaining fasted to ride on the benefits of it. In short, first you adapt to fasting. Then you work out fasted to see massive benefits. It is fairly new in the manosphere but is gaining popularity quickly amongst professionals.

This ^ To calrify, I am in India. The stuff I get is very mild, wild stuff. Not skunk or even close. I vaped a large pinch the night before. Then in the morning I vaped the same material again. The residual THC was low. I am well into my 9th month of yoga. I've had minor problems with poses. But I'm aware enough not to go into my practice totally blazed out of my mind. I'll get injured. The poses I do may not be the most complex but they are still quite challenging. The lingering effects of a bi…

Yes, I have had friends who have suffered from it. You're totally right. Never heard it called that though. Which is why I'm very, very far from heavy use. I vape a pinch or two at a time. The stuff here is not very potent like the US UK and all. It's quite mild. But I'm quite sad that most are focussing on that. It was gone by the first 30 minutes of my yoga session but the focus remained and the muscles were relaxed. Thank you for the feedback and not hating on the post :)

I am regretting the post right now a little bit looking at the general feedback. I understand that most weed smokers who post here must be quite heavy users. I vaped a pinch that was already vaped once. So the residual THC wasn't that high. But yes, it does help with focus. At lest in my case. Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, I have been catching myself seeking validation all the time. Really trying to get rid of it. It just feels hard coded like I will die if I don't get someone to validate a certain thing/feeling/emotion/idea. Ah well, I guess just like lifting, it takes time to build it up. Thanks for the tip!

I am Indian. I have a slightly posh sounding British accent. I can let it go and switch back to Indian accent when talking to Indian peers if needed. But otherwise it's my default. Works well with the 'westerners' for sure. My partner is British Irish and her friends tell her I sound more posh than they do! Also, the northern Irish accent is pretty thick so I guess they are easily impressed but you get the point.

Point taken. Re:post - I'll definitely keep that in mind and provide some context next time. Sorry, I'm still new to Reddit and to TRP. Re: diet- I hear you. I was actually in-between 12-14 hours of fasting daily because of a regulated eating schedule before I found IF. So it wasn't too much to get to 16 in week 1. Can you share some.tips for staying in that zone? Or is it purely accumulation based? It feels like I have this kind of a mindstate every now and then but it fades. Or am I deluding myself and this is just plain mood cycle as i progress? It has been about one month since I started nofap, lifting and a proper measured, balanced diet aimed at keto. Alright. Can you point out where I am going wrong please? I'm new to it and I'd like to do it right. Here's what I'm doing currently :- I'm trying to maintain 1600 calories. Out of which I'm restricting myself to 20-30gms of carb. No sugar. For the rest I'm using organic cold pressed coconut oil, butter (can't get grass fed here so I'm using the best I can find) and organic ghee. That's the fat. Try meditation man. It will allow you stop that shit from happening. Don't let that fear stop you. There's a lot to life beyond the pursuit of pussy. There's no one single place for this. Well, it varies. But I do two large meals generally and a shake to break my fast. Only the shake is constant. It's 250gm of homemade whole milk yoghurt. Heaped teaspoon of spirulina. 2-3 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar, Stevia, 30gm of organic cocoa powder, 3tsp of cold pressed organic coconut oil. Well cycling is definitely lower impact than running. But it is also lower calorie burning. So you do lose out. However, if you have joint problems, I'd recommend it. I wasn't tracking calories at that point but I recently made a cycling trip with my buddy. We did about 21 miles. Don't think we burned more than 800 to 900 calories. Including a bit of incline in the last 5 miles.

I'm no expert, so please do your own research. But what I have find out is that being in ketosis is a great way to burn fat while you fast. Cardio while fasted is great for weightloss too. The experts recommend HIIT. And one tip is to wait post workout before breaking your fast. There will be no loss in gains. But you will be riding your post workout hormone profile and getting benefits out of that higher HGH too. My set up is 18:6, feeding from 12 to 6pm. I'm now cutting carbs to almost none to…

We are biologically predisposed to liking our own children. This is why men say they live their children "but"... And that is when the truth overtakes the biological imperative. Women know this and leverage it. Child trap the man. He will resent it till the child is born. Once the child is born, the man will do anything for the child. Even though it's a life destroying process. May be not for some but it will still take away a lot of enjoyment from your life. And all you have is a hardwired feel…

Confident body language is one thing, but I actually need to be interested in the woman, yes? So yeah, I'm gonna go later in the night when the floor is a little better looking and approach. I have ear marked a few spots in the city where the cold approach might work. The only other complications is that I am known in …

Fair enough. But I know enough to keep it subtle. Plus, these girls were simply surrounded by pathetic men. So it wasn't difficult even for a 'fake alpha'. I will update you once the 'manlet' has done more of these experiments. And as described, Indian women are quite different. Although when the layers are peeled off, AWALT is affirmed. But the peeling takes different strategies. So yeah, I visually differentiated myself without looking creepy. And it worked. I'll keep you posted my dear man.

Sure. As fas as cold approach goes, it is something Indian men do all the time inspired by Bollywood. But of course, they do it really wrong. And hence, cold approach has been blocked off mentally by women. However, this is nullified once you have already done something to generate interest in them. Such ad by being a Chad or by positive body language, peacoking and social proof. Second, most women here actively want to settle down with beta bucks as soon as possible. The have been brought up wi…

Thanks for the positive words. Re: creepy, yeah you're totally right. I make sure it's a subtle look. If I laugh I just look at my phone to pretend I'm laughing at a text. It's funny how much you see when you're not busy being self conscious!

I would recommend "Mindfulness in plain English" to answer this question. There are various forms of meditation and their respective sub-forms. This one made the most sense to me and has been yielding results slowly but steadily. You can torrent the audio book and listen to it at your leisure. It has really helped me with my focus and overcoming the anger and frustration that I felt when I discovered TRP truths.

Staying calm does not mean inaction. You can act vigorously while staying calm. Anger is natural, yes. So is depression, sadness, jealousy. These had played their roles in human evolution. And they are still with us. By all means, feel angry. And see how efficient your decision making is when you are angry. Now stay calm and composed and plot your action. Gauge the efficiency there. What I am proposing is not calm inaction. Quite the contrary. I'm proposing that we can act at maximum efficiency …

My understanding is as follows - anger as an emotion is toxic. It builds up toxicity in your body through stress hormones and a stressed mental schema. What you are describing is a need for social justice. And I totally agree that it is required that we act on it. But we can act because we want justice. We don't have to be angry to want this. We can simply want justice because that is the right way for our civilisation. And we can feel this need with every fibre of our body. This want can be as …

New research has shown that fats of all kinds are very important for our body's natural development and maintenance. Cut out refined sugar instead and see the results. You will be astounded. Then keep cutting down on all kinds of sugar and it will surprise you even more.

True. There's a lot of faults with veganism but most of the above are not it. Vegetarianism is better. But even better is making an effort to eat ethically sourced food. You won't be able to all the time. But eventually you will find ways to eat that way most of the time.

This, I feel, is the right attitude. Anger weakens us. Serenity keeps us strong.

"I am the man I want to be. I love myself." Coupled with the concept of Kaizen (continuous improvements), this is the mantra/learning that really resonates with me. I am not better or worse than others. I am who I am. I improve on my skills. I learn new skills that I dont have but feel the need for. I don't have strengths. I don't have weaknesses. I have acceptance and non-acceptance. If I do not accept a part of me, I meditate on it. I approach it with compassion and kindness. I untangle it. Un…

Very good list. I took me a few months and quite a few Audiobooks to distil these understandings out. Whoever is reading these for the first time - don't wait. Just go for it. I changed from going to bed at 3am all my life to waking up at 5am every single day. Everything just follows after that. You can do this. A great hack to maintain motivation is the calendar trick. 1. Print every month on to a single sheet with a big box for each day. You can find this free online. 2. Decide on a habit you …
