You've been 'hooking up' but then it turns out you haven't even fucked her? Why are you even entertaining this orbiter if you aren't even fucking the chick? Her overtly talking to you about being FWB or fucking just tells me she never had any intentions of doing so.

I suggest you absolutely do not seek a relationship as a "pillar to keep you away from addiction." Definitely become independent, improve your health/physique, and build your skillset/advance your career and hobbies. You should depend on these things and not on a woman, otherwise you're just going to be over-invested in the relationship.

We should seriously stop giving platforms for people with problematic ideas It's funny because who decided which ideas were problematic? This is some ministry of truth stuff right here.

While you are correct, this is only one side of women's mating strategy. They still crave beta bucks, and robots do have the chance to give some power back to the beta schmucks of the world. Why else would feminists disagree with sex robots? It's all about power. If Billy Beta stops giving chocolates and free validation to women because he gave up and just decided to fuck a doll then he's just not as useful to the women of the world, right?

You need to slightly arch your back to properly recruit your posterior chain on squats and deadlifts and maintain that exact position throughout the entire movement. As someone else said, bad technique is tough to fix and you're better off deloading and fixing it now. If you don't do it now it will just get increasingly harder in the future. I think you'll find this video helpful: https://youtu.be/aXfOdvd-sJ0

Thanks for the input. I believe you're right. If she truly wants commitment she'll have to ask me eventually.

This is a typical shaming strategy used against men in order to artificially inflate the value of high n-count women.

OP the best thing you can do for yourself now is start lifting. If you are unsure of what routine to use, go with any beginner strength program that has you doing heavy compound movements 3x/week (Starting Strength or Stronglifts).

How do you know this though? Some girls are good at hiding this and might be fucking someone on the side for months without you being any wiser. I feel if you outright asked her there's a high chance she lies or makes some shit up.

Not on Tinder. The ratio is about 66% men and 34% women. Obviously it's true that most men are thirsty and pussy is on super high demand but the ratio just makes the problem particularly worse in Tinder.

I really don't understand why the Nice Guy (TM) meme gets pushed so much even here in TRP now. Most of the nice guys that you see today were constantly taught to be that way by society while they were growing up. Their being nice is literally the only thing they know to do in an attempt to covertly communicate their desire to a woman. It is their sexual "strategy" (if it can even be called that). When they constantly please and do shit for women (or their peers or whoever) their motives are no m…

SL and SS are both great starting programs given their simplicity (of the programming - not the lifts). After learning the 5 movements, the SetsxReps dosage and almost everything else remains constant the entire program. You add a little weight every workout and it works. The main issue I've seen the guys over at the Fitness subreddit take with these programs is: (1) They are so simple that they give up valuable programming techniques such as rep variations and assistance exercise for the main l…

Good on you, I like idea of tracking these metrics. Do you use an app or just input them into excel or something?

You seem to be targeting the wrong audience, maybe post this to redpillwomen?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
