I think universities should get rid of both fraternities and sororities- they both instill fucked up values, and additionally expose the university to liabilities. I live in a college community, have many college friends. I don't know anything about family law, but I bet that if you file a motion for an order that states that pusuant to the CHILD CUSTODY ACT OF 1970, 722.30, Section 10, your husband is entitled to all records or information concerning his child, including medical, dental, and school records, day care provider's records, as well as notification of meetings regarding the child's education- it might work. 1	NEED ADVICE: Where do we turn when the school superintendent is being a dick to NCP? I don't know what state you are in, but in my state, if you don't have custody, even joint custody, you don't have the right to get information about your kid unless the judge orders it. I would file a motion requesting that the judge issue an order that states that your husband's ex is required to inform the court about the school and the teacher, and that the teacher should provide attendance and performance information to the both parents equally.
