1	How can I earn respect? (even some of my friends disrespect me) Do some research into how to respond to shit tests, essentially you are getting shit tested by women and picked on by guys. The fact that you say you don't respect yourself says a lot. You need to figure out some goal setting, maybe change your career path or just do something that commands respect.
