I think they charge the general public $120. I ended up losing just over a hundred. I'm tall with a wide frame, though, so it's less exciting than it sounds. Most of the time it wasn't true Atkins-style low carb, either, just lower carb. I think in six months I added 8 pounds of muscle and lost 30 pounds of fat. I think it's one of those "rules" that's more true for the bodybuilding types who are working with very lean fat deposits. From what I've seen it will make most guys begin to act more red pill without even realizing it. Not to menton it makes you much more able to tackle what every day throws at you. More energy, clearer thinking, increased willpower, and the general feeling of winning really go a long way.
