Don't wanna fuck the sister. She's hit the wall, built another one and hit it. Ala fugly, plus she's the n the other coast, so good riddance I say. Really? What about constant self improvement and philanthropy? And just because one is married, doesn't negate red pill theory imo. Sexual conquest theory aside, isn't red pill about being the best man one can be? That is where my goals lie. I have no urge to bed as many women as possible, although the possibility is just icing on the cake. Not everyone on this sub wants to be a Chad, some just never figured out / were taught male - female relationship dynamics.

Thanks man, all good advise. I quit smoking last year after 35 years, lost 100 lbs, and quit fast and greasy foods. I'm a single guy in monk mode right now, just kind of reinventing myself after being very blue pill my entire adult life. I also just started therapy recently to work out some long time issues. Believe me, I'm well aware of the source of my stress. The only way to get rid of it is to deal with it head on, which I'm currently in the process of doing, hence the stress. But changing up the diet sounds solid.

Asian descent, no huge white beard for me. But crocheting is definitely outside my comfort zone, so why the fuck not? It's all about personal growth, right? Already did. Cut most meat from my diet, eat mostly plant based diet, no sugar, no processed foods. Cardiologist claims I'm coming back beautifully. Lost 100 lbs a few years ago, and have kept it off, but I'm a skinny fat now until I can start lifting again ( was s gym rat at n the 90's). Also quit smoking 2 packs a day for over30 years, I started in my teens.

I do see it as a continuous journey, and I've just started. Fuck, I'm not even looking at game yet, more like self improvement, and reinvention of my old blue pill life.
