And nursing, HR, marketing, recruiting, and teaching are all women's clubs, but you don't hear women clamoring for more men in those fields. The sad truth of it is, women want whatever men have, get it, and then when men move on or get pushed out, women then complain about those things too. Obviously just be hesitant, do a full screen before you spend time/effort helping them. Look at their LinkedIn/FB/Twitter - if they're liking super-progressive stuff, anything man-hating or remotely man-shaming, etc., those should be immediate warning signs.
