The meaning of blood and water is completely upside down today, originally it was: "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb."

Why are people so obsessed with Japan ? You asked, I answered...

Upbringing, if you never learn to manage money and work from dawn till dusk until you are so tired you just fall into your bed that's what they mostly do. If you are in an uperclass hotel over there and pay yourself as a man with a woman with you will get strange looks.

Neighter is true, I still love Japan, the food is delicious, I dig their engineering, especially the old stuff ( Hakosuka GT-R, STi 22B, Nismo 400R, their robots - Toyota Kiroba Mini, Playstation, Gameboy) and their landscape, they have so many mountains with beautiful roads on them, a quite great and old culture that is partly preserved in old temples scattered across the land, hot water wells with water that looks like black tea and is just heaven to lie in - also their Onsen are gender separa…

Uhm, regarding your headline, isn't this what most say here, only with reversed roles? A little bit of introspection would also go a long way here... The only difference might be that we, mostly, don't claim to be fair, we are in favor of men.

You might want to look at a few studies that look into what happens when good causes (e.g., open source software) get a load of money - it is rarely beneficial. Same holds true for most other parts of life. Just look at Africa, instead of building something good with all the money that is send there they now expect the tourists visiting to just give them hand-outs, only because they breath, and god forbid you don't give them anything.

She kept her miscarriage and used it to prove the length of their relationship: http://dailym.ai/19SaR3C Also, they settled 50-50 on £340m. Her wedding band was £355.000... that was the equivalent of a used Porsche Carrera GT...

Yea, but most of the time they are in your way... Less so for gardening, but for most things manual, you just lack feeling, especially with small parts...

Who cares? I do it whenever I please, the service ist mostly superb, I can focus on the food, the only downside is the posibility of bickering from the tables around. A dinner for two used to be a nice thing, but honestly most places serve worse food than the one I prepare so I was never too keen on spending the money.

They will eat themselve and their kind alive... Had a female friend that went to CSD, was nice to the non-binary at work, ... and what did she get? the non-binary thought she wasn't inclusive enough, although she tried to jump through every hoop. Looking forward for the decline.

Wow, big surprise... I wouldn't exchange the thrill and outlook of driving a racecar - no matter which - basically to look out at the world from within my little kingdom to looking at a camera ... Just think about it, a life full of surprise and wonders, at the beat of the newest developments, being in contact with all kind of interesting people (other drivers, engineers, transporters, ...) to, well, a life consisting of 10 guys that use you like 100s of other women...

Yeah, it also follows what spiesvsmercs said, you might take it as a signal to reassess a situation but you don't make decisions based on it.

Really? After all our saying, that you should be a rational being, you now preach we should follow our fleeting feelings?

Great stats, thanks, quite interesting that man that were never married are not as happy as widower or divorced man (married men are the least happy, but still a lot happier than any women...), propably shows again that you value more what was once lost, or when you know how the grass on the other side of the fence really is... Also people in the EU seem to be way happier than in the US In Spain and West Germany women are even happier than men...

Isn't this the true equality? Let's suspect you normally won't give men a second glimpse, if now the same happens to these women they achieved another step to true equality.

Yeah, I was in a tea house in tokyo, and the host there was 30 and single and outside they just shot pictures of a very young bride in a kimono (as she told me the age was visible beause the arms were so long/wide) and at the end of the ceremony she just told me that she also would like to be married but is 30 yo. That was quite a few years ago, I couldn't really put it together back then, but what she wanted to convey is pretty clear now. Typing it out I feel almost sorry, on the other hand, li…

Can anyone give me a proper source? I only find the AZQuotes and other stupid blogs. False attribution is a huge problem. We are manipulated here as well, don't just trust people because they inhabit the same filter bubble as you. I also like to get an enforcement of my believes, but I still am an advocate for truth, and I won't let someone use an old philosopher.

It starts much earlier, in my twenties I was horny all the time, full of hormones, it has gotten much easier already in my thirties.

How about shared ideals? Ask them what love means and a life long relationship. If they don't tell you that love won't last and such a relationship is hard work and commitment from both she is not the one. Of course she might know what you want to hear, but those are easy to vet, just look at her actions and not hear her words.

I feel the same, at least kind of, I never wanted kids, but I liked the idea of a partner, hell I wouldn't have cared if she stayed home and tended to the house, a big garden and some animals so we could live mostly of things we produces ourselves. The sad state is how men see women and how women see men. Look at The Sorrows of Young Werther or Romeo & Juliet and compare them to, say, Shades of Grey (... and the stupid minx gets pregnant by accident at the end -.-). Men adore imperfections, th…
