| 2 | Woman hits the wall at 25, has mental breakdown: single mother with no money comes to realise no one wants to date a single mother, has vitriolic anger towards her ex who's still living a happy life and having relationships.Would love to read about this as well. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/08/16 09:23 PM |
| 1 | 30 Day Challenge #3: HIT THE GYMI really can't answer for as long as it works, because i started lifting really early in my life and pretty much always compound movements, different muscle groups each day, but i'd think of it this way, you are getting your body ready for heavier lifts and more compound movements, once you feel bored/your progress starts halting try switching over. But do keep in mind progress is only fast in the beginning. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/10/15 05:49 PM |
| 1 | 30 Day Challenge #3: HIT THE GYMTraining multiple muscle groups on the same day is only good for beginners. If you are already intermediate all it will do is slow down your progress, try doing Back/Legs/Chest/Cardio/Rest and repeat, for 1 or 2 months and check for progress, also sometimes it's better to do less volume and more weight for less reps if you hit a plateau. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/10/15 11:17 AM |
