I have all the same issues you do and more. I'm 6'3 and slouch and mumble and generally draw as little attention to myself as possible. You are lucky to have started 'correcting' this now. I'm 34. While my life is pretty good I wish I had started much sooner. But I am happy and I can only concentrate on the future.
