Women can be as skilled as men but if a man and a woman are competing against each other and use the same diet and exercise plus they have the same level of skill the man will always win. 1	Two way street justice I understand that. I believe that immigration is essential but not in the amount we allow today. Most countries have a policy of only allowing skilled workers to immigrate into their country or the process becomes more difficult. We don't have that type of process and allow anyone in. The outcome is dependant on a variety of factors outside of an individuals control such as luck and talent. Your not accpuntimg overtime but they are and are usually putting in the same category as base pay. Overtime is the reason for the wage gap. The employers will most likely ask employees that either have something specific that needs to be done but wanted fimished that day to stay late or has shown to accept overtime or is a pushover.
