I Bulked up a lot and the core work stops you from rocking your hips side to side whilst racing so when you are on rivet you waste way less energy. | 21 | Dressing Well Won’t Hide a Poor PhysiqueI agree, I've raced a National Level (UK) in Track Cycling. I thought I was great because my body fat was 6% until the doctors told me I was too skinny. It never mattered how fast I was, how many races I placed in, women never really cared. Remember, chances are, she'll never see you in a skin suit ;) I had to eat an extra 500 calories a day to gain weight and by the time i'd finished uni I was at a grand total of 57kg, up from 48kg.
