Most of the pups were in the birthing Canal too long and were born stillborn. There were two that survived. We bottle fed them, raised them, and kept them. Pups start barking around 3 weeks, walking at 4, and their sharp dagger-like teeth come in around 5 weeks. That's when mom starts weaning them. Most people just like their job no matter the pay. Most women enjoy caretaker jobs, most men prefer more demanding jobs. Why try to convince them they should want different?
