| 56 | Be honest, what do you actually think about female management at work?I have two female bosses; The first was my mentor before my boss, she is fantastic at her job and I owe a lot to her, I respect her as a firm but fair manager and will support her as such The second was hired in a wave of female hires so my company can boast 50%+ females in management roles and it shows, she lacks the skill and personality skills to do the job.
