What are some non-hateful alternatives to MGTOW for men who don't want to seek either romantic relationships or close friendships with women?I do not mean to sound bitter when I say this but: seeking “non-hateful alternatives” to avoid women is hateful. I know you are seeking a community of people who share your interests and where you can feel comfortable, me too! But assuming that can’t happen when women are involved is silly, and prejudiced. Talking to someone who maybe doesn’t have the exact same worldview or experience as you is super valuable, not just for your development as a person, but for how you interact with the world. | 6 | Ok so it’s not women’s job to heal men’s mental health struggles… I agree but have some questionsHave you tried Dialectical Behavioral Therapy? It’s more action-focused than traditional Cognitive behavioral therapy. DBT focuses less on WHY you feel a certain way, and more on how to handle it. One of the main focuses is on self-acceptance; what you can change, and what you can’t. It’s particularly helped me with managing my expectations (of myself and others) and how to handle rejection. Heres a link that explains it in more detail. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/treatments/22838-dial… | /r/ExRedPill | 14/02/26 11:17 PM
"Your actions have consequences" trend? This sounds like regurgitation of common RedPill ideology. One of the big “problems” that RedPill dudes have with women is that women operate with seemingly no consequences (eye roll). Therefore in order to take control, men have to assert dominance by reminding women that “your actions have consequences”. In their eyes women are creatures that constantly seek to dominate and manipulate, and use their “female privledge” to get what they want and operate with impunity. | 3 | I went deep down the PUA rabbit hole and can’t seem to fully pull myself out despite how much I’ve moved away from red pill as a whole. Any advice?Woman here, It seems to me like you are addicted to this kind of interaction if you think about it non stop no matter where you are. I would 100% suggest therapy before you do anything else. Wanting to be liked and to have sex is normal, but it shouldn’t rule your life. Take some space from it, and don’t “cold approach” for a while. Just take it easy, not every interaction with women should be a prelude to some kind of goal or victory. At least you’re self aware, I think that’s great. | /r/ExRedPill | 23/05/25 01:44 AM

I hate the worldBut the end goal shouldn't be to find a girlfriend. Being in a relationship isn't going to fill the hole in your heart, you have to do that yourself. | /r/ExRedPill | 06/08/22 05:39 PM
I hate the worldOk, good age for personal growth! The great thing about human beings is our capacity for change. Here is something that I have found helped me the most when I felt the same way you are feeling, although I'm younger. Focus on personal growth. Relationships are not the end all be all of life, and getting into one while you feel this way will only end in disaster. I recommend therapy first and foremost, DBT has helped me tremendously by actually helping me change the way I live my life, instead of … | /r/ExRedPill | 06/08/22 05:35 PM
Social awkwardness keeps me in a bitter RP mindset.Something I think everyone on this thread could benefit from is actually therapy. Mostly DBT, where you actually learn habits that improve your life, instead of just talking at someone for an hour. Dialectical Behavior Therapy has helped me tremendously in my daily life. You can do individual or group sessions, but I think group sessions are more effective because it feels like you're in a team and you aren't alone. If you can't afford therapy, I would do some sleuthing on DBT and if it interest… | /r/ExRedPill | 06/08/22 05:18 PM

breaking up with your boyfriend because he's into red pill will only push them further into those ideasI understand where this post is coming from, but women are not your therapists. If your beliefs reflect a genuine hatred or distaste for women, it only makes sense for a woman to want to leave for her own safety. Same with your situation, I believe you had every right to just leave asap for your own personal safety. Being tolerant is not a tenant of feminism, and it shouldn't be. Being tolerant of behavior that negatively impacts women is the exact opposite of what feminism is. | /r/ExRedPill | 06/08/22 05:04 PM
