Well I don't remember the specifics, but I read it on MFA. It made a lot of sense actually. I think it was something in the likes of that your socks sort of extend whatever part they're matching. So if your socks match your shoes, then it's almost gonna look like you were wearing boots, and the contour of the shoe kind of vanishes (which can also be a good thing). Thanks, that was nice of you to say. I agree about the fashion advice thing; I know my style of clothing right now isn't very fashionable in the clean-cut look kind of way, so it's gonna be a thorn in the eye of fashion enthusiasts regardless. Some advice can be used though, like how black shoes shouldn't be worn with light jeans, sock color should match your pants, etc. :)

That's alright, I'm not too bummed out about it. They were just a quick solution for some cheap black shoes, I didn't expect much from them. I appreciate your advice a lot though! Couple of questions arise about the jeans now. You say I shouldn't wear the jeans at all, and then you say only during the day. I'm confused..? Why do you suggest going for something less skinny?
