Health wise? None to speak of. Only positive. Everyone reacts differently so it’s best to start slowly and get regular blood work. Other negatives - It’s kind of hard to get more uncommon stuff like certain orals , and sometimes it’s faked or under dosed. And expense of course. But normal testosterone injections are fairly cheap and easy to get.
