1	Georgia legislator: Adopt due process protections or forget about your budget I wouldn't really mind a system, where instead of "beyond reasonable doubt" we're getting a plain "probably". In normal legal system you must be fairly sure - not merely suspect the guilt. "My word against your word" if both sides present roughly the same quality of arguments is meant to result in "not guilty" because the result isn't clear.
