Whomever wrote that article never passed a basic literature, or writing course. After reading it twice I still have no idea what happened, or why she was arrested at all. Considering the source, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
True, but the email they sent her with the insulting comments was way beyond professional. I don't blame her for letting people know what the owners of that business are like. It's no different than you or I calling out a shitty business, she just has more people who listen to her.
TBH I'm on her side on this one. Sure, her request for a potentially mutually beneficial trade of services was laughable, but the hotel did not have to douche-nozzles about it, a simple "no" would have been quite sufficient.
