I agree with your second point. I'll also add that when you allocate time to spend with her, if she's on her phone, it's a huge disrespect to you. Take away the phone or social media if she can't behave herself around you.

That's a good thing to want to improve for anyone! I recommend sending her to a cooking class. Maybe even do it together as a reward and team-building activity. There are things like this: http://etiquette-ny.com to teach etiquette which coincides with maintaining a clean house and just good general knowledge. Cleaning is easy for married red pill men. Have a chore list that needs to get done, and if it doesn't, then she gets no reward. Hold yourself accountable as well and lead by example.

Didn't know that. I'd been surprised I've never seen an age meltdown. That age range explains it. Looking forward to watching.

Stare at her and follow her around. Make her so uncomfortable she has to leave.

Look man, you know what you have to do, you just won't admit it. A bunch of strangers will never give you resolve. What you cannot do is blame your beta moment for her action. To a certain degree, you have had more than that beta moment or else it would not have occurred. Just like me and everyone else on this sub, you have work to do. So get to work. You're worth more than betrayal.

Good point! Similarly, when men are in danger situations and there are no women around certain men take the leadership role (alpha), and other men take the nurturing, caring role (beta). Then, some men are recipients of the leadership/nurturing of the alpha/beta males (gamma?). Certainly depends on context.

One of the reasons that these male oriented communities have grown to the size they are is because there are members who are willing to have thoughtful discussion. I would love to be wrong, because then I can learn. Don't take yourself so seriously. I wasn't attacking your personal belief system.

I disagree, women can be alpha in any number of situations. However, it should not be when contrasted with a man.

To be fair, women do hold more fat in certain areas than men do for birthing reasons. However, I think we've seen enough broads with six pack abs to know that it is available provided one has the right motivation.

I think your aim is off on this one. They shouldn't even have the opportunity to decide. If you're controlling the situation correctly, they won't even have the chance to think that way. Hurting other people is not the goal here, it's becoming a pillar in your mind and not allowing yourself to get hurt.

I'm sorry, but cheating and deception are only really hurting you in the long run. The whole premise of TRP is to become/be/act like a man. Men make a decision, act on the decision, and leave it in the past and then move on. I have no respect for cheaters or cowards. You're acknowledging a deficiency in your self worth by having to jump from one woman to the other. If you don't like the girl, then just break up and forget about her. Go find someone else if you want, but you shouldn't have to in …

Club or Tonic with a lime usually doesn't make anyone second guess or question if you're drinking. Not that it matters, but you'd rather keep the conversation away from the fact that you're not drinking.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
