As someone who is very atheist and has attended AA, my thought is: it's free and it works. When I have the money to pay for a special program designed specifically for my ideologies, then maybe I'll bash AA. Until then, learning to look past your bias and utilizing the helpful aspects is a great exercise in personal awareness. I called it a cult for a long time, it turns out I was just looking for an excuse to continue drinking.

I appreciate the feedback, it's good to see it from a different perspective. I definitely have plenty of things going on, I hike, workout, hang out with other girls or my friends a lot, I just got overly excited about her. Sounds like I just need to chill and continue to give her space.

I have a motorcycle and love it to death. I've been planning a big trip for a few months. I have been getting bored and complacent and thinking of things I need to do to make life better. Truthfully, I need to lay low and keep saving. Thanks for the reminder.

He's essentially on the same tier as Tim Leary or Alex Shulgin as far as promotion of mind-alteration goes. He's way more badass though in the sense that he is an observer of culture and has a lot of books, lectures, etc about life aside from hallucinogens. Really worth checking out on youtube!
