There’s a lot you can do. There’s tons of books, youtube channels and subreddits out there that can help you, but ultimately the best thing you cand do us just go out there and start talking to people. Dont fear rejection, in fact learn from it. Im in a very similar situation and the only thing that can get us out of this bubble are our own actions.

He needs to rethink why he would even do a list of why or how someone is a loser, doesn’t add any sort of value to the sub reddit, might offend someone, get a life loser.
