I make sure to never do work for someone if they won't help them self. These problems are handed in by each person and copying is pretty much impossible because they're 3 pages long. My qualm was that when exiting a building onto the main walkway you generally look to see if people are crossing. I can usually ride around people no problem if they're walking parallel to me but she came in perpendicular and I didn't have time to react.
