Bro that was inspiring. How does one develop this? I know it gets better over time as one gains more experience, but are there books to read to develop this?

Random suggestion - What are a PHAT or PHUL routine? Where you do maximum effort early in the week and hyperthrophy later in the week?

Ii agree w/ you OP. Here's a book to try reading: The Unchained Man - Alpha 2.0 by Caleb Jones. It's a really good book that reflect the TRP Mindset

Really? What's your bf%. But yeah I understand. Lifting for me is about developing as a man, getting bigger physically, and self improvement.

Well, I can lift over 225 in the deadlift, but I don't want to add to much before I develop proper form and snap my shit up. I know I can deadlift at least 250. I building back up to those numbers I started my routine about three weeks ago. My heavy day is on Mondays, but my school has been out on Mondays since i started my routine, so last Wednesday I did a heavy day. Heavy day routine is Squat 5x5 (ramp), Bench 5x5 (ramp), Dead 5x5 (ramp), Incline DB Press 3x15, Calf Raises 3x30. Tomorrow I'm …

Nice man. What are your lifts looking like now vs. when u started? I'm 5'8 140, hoping to get taller.
/r/askTRP17/09/17 09:10 PM

No I lift. Right now I lift in the school's weightroom 3 times a week. Following Bill Starr's 5x5 routine. Squat: 225X3, Dead: 225X5, Clean: 135x3, Bench 135x5.

This is a great post man. You helped clear up a lot of things for me. Really in debt. A lot of this stuff sounds like it's from Models by Manson? Was that one of your sources of inspiration for this post?

Great post man. You offer a unique perspective on TRP that shows that it's very true and it works/ it's everywhere.

Seriously man, if you ever need any brainstorming on what to focus on for self-improvement I'd love to help, shoot me a message anytime man I could use some help right now w/ a self improvement plan. books like Dale Carnegie "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is THE premiere book for building social skills and conversational skills and forming relationships and connections (most applicable for business settings but also for meeting new people and in general; NOT for gaming women). I agree…

Agreed. I'm a black guy and I feel like a lot of black guys try to pull the race card when it's more of a "culture" thing. It's like the show Blackish. He uses race for almost everything.

Lmao you wish this was true. I go to a very conservative, red neck school and alot of the attractive white girls have dated black guy. Albeit the black guys aren't ghetto.
/r/TheRedPill20/06/17 09:27 PM

I can agree with you on, no matter how crude you said it. White people are probably the least racist to us blacks.
/r/TheRedPill20/06/17 09:16 PM

Um black too and sadly your right. Unless he was educated and like me, I wouldn't give hi. The time of day. But it isn't a race thing, but a socioeconomic thing

Why do people think blacks have lower iq? It's more of a upbringing thing than it is genetic. I'm black and my iq is 157. Albeit, I have some native American bloof

I appreciate your honesty. But not every black person is like what you described above. What you said is an example of ignorance. You forget about educated blacks. Every race has ignorant people. I'm black, I like women of every race except my own bc most of the women are too aggressive. But I digress. I can respect you wanting to keep your race alive and what not, but who tf cares? The West is collapsing, and in a hundred years China is going to be the world power and the save exact thing is go…

I've always like journaling or writing things down. Usually I never go back to, but I don't have to because I remember it, 80% of the time. I'm using a journal for introspection and reflection too. I was planning on doing Monk Mode back in December, but had too much on my plate. However, since I'm starting a new semester next week, I have more time to journal and start Monk Mode and begin habit tracking.
/r/askTRP07/01/17 04:24 PM

Same here. People say you don't sound black...I'm like " How does black sound exactly hmmm... you racist" lol. jk. But I do get it a lot.

Serious though, you're my TRP goal. I too want to major in something psych related/ neuroscience, then go to med school. Did TRP help you build the social skills to be a leader in many student organizations?

The main exercises I plan to do are: Deadlift, Squat, OHP, Incline DB Press, Weighted Dips, Weighted Pullups, and a few isolation exercises. I'm debating whether I should do Anthony Ellis program, Westside Barbell for Skinny Guys, or Arthur Jones HIT program with 1-3 sets of max reps for that weight.

Social circle game seems like the best for a high schooler. Combine that with a understanding of body language and psychology, NLP and Machiavellism, along with a strong frame and abundance mentality, any TRP high schooler can SLAY poon in droves.

Thanks for the advice. In the future, I definitely plan on learning to shoot a gun. I've always wanted to learn martial arts also. What's your opinion on having surrogate children? I don't want to get married but still have kids of my own.

Who needs to swallow the red pill when you can snort it? Lol. I'm actually looking forward to seeing people that way. It just seems like social interactions would be so much easier.

Have your post saved to my computer and ready to read, reread, and internalize it all. Thanks for the advice. I chased one girl last year and fell flat on my face a bunch of times. I look back on it now, after I read some PUA literature, and realized the cocky-funny was there, but no comfort or rapport to ensure a real connection. I kept putting her on a pedestal. Never again.

It's good to see people my age and younger on here. I think video games and TV were the first things I cut from my life. I mean I like C.O.D. and Minecraft, but instead of wasting time, I could be improving myself by drawing, practicing a language, or reading.
/r/TheRedPill06/12/16 01:17 AM

Yeah I can understand that. Everyone has their own path and swallow TRP differently. I'm looking forward to diving into learning psychology and reading body language to read people. Right now, I'm staying away from pickup literature b/c I like the whole TRP community much more. However, RSD has really nice videos. Seems like their method and TRP go hand in hand.

Yeah I live in the states. Dude, I'm so hyped to get my gym membership and starting lifting. Do incorporate calisthenics into your routine to build up your stabilizer muscles and overall core strength? I'm looking to these next six months of laying low and improving. Tbh the idea of plates sounds awesome, but losing my virginity sounds a little scary. I might be the only one not eager to f-close a girl, but I mean I'm willing to wait. I'm looking forward to hitting up the hot sorority girls in c…

Yeah I actually found it a few months back and started to read the handbook. But it really didn't make since to me then and I really didn't know the full extent of TRP. What a mistake that was. Constant improvement is my ultimate goal.

Those are also on my list. I read " How to win friends and influence people" but I will reread it to fully absorb it. No realizes it, but it just seems so fun to read how people feel towards you and each other based on their body language.

Thanks for the advice. I will admit that some people use monk mode as an excuse to hide from reality, however, that isn't me. As I don't have a bunch of female friends ( I'm at a new school) I don't really have to worry about isolating myself from females. I just like the idea of a phase of incorporating self-improvement daily until you are always improving yourself daily. I'm using " Monk Mode" to basically embed habits in my life. As I learn and internalize TRP, I will most definitely use it. …

I appreciate the advice. To be honest, I really not even worried about the girls. I'm focused on improving my life and making my life something I want to read about. I want to become an influential figure . Achieve my goals and dreams. Girl will come to me b/c I'll be the prize. What I meant in my post was that I read the articles about picking up hobbies b/c I only had two hobbies, reading and soccer. I'm not focus on becoming interesting. *Applause.... Seriously though, you're an inspiration for me. I too am in high school. I discovered the red pill about 5 months ago, was confused, then stop reading it ( Bad mistake). Then about a month ago, I read something about fractionation, which led to the October Man, which led to The Game, which lead to PUA, inner game, and eventually here. So thnx for being an inspiration. What books did you read? P.S. Junior year in HS
