As a woman, I could never imagine bringing a child into the world without consent of the potential father. It's just plain creepy to me. Both people should give consent, a human life is a huge responsibility. No one should ever have the responsibility of that thrusted upon them. No person deserves that, and no child deserves that. They deserve loving parents who WANTED TO HAVE THEM.

I think this kind of thing happens because there are enough women who need it for the comfort. If there were more men asking for it, I'm sure they would be treated with the same respect. However, there is no supply where there is (little to) no demand. I'm not saying it's fair, I really think if they'll go through the trouble of doing it for women they should at least test the waters with men only hours to see how it goes.
