Latin America is 20-30 years behind the US in "social justice" causes. (Remember divorce was just legalized in a couple of Latin American countries.) You're not permanently safe, only for a generation or so.

I'm actually the product of the second attempt to reverse my father's vasectomy. This involved stretching the ends of the vas deferens so that it could properly bridge the gap where it was removed. He then had another vasectomy after my birth. I was loved.

Reading your complaints has been unexpectedly entertaining. People think of your culture as oppressing women because it expects women to be pregnant and unemployed the majority of her life, while you seem to see it as "coddling women, letting them have everything in life without working for it". The same things you complain about are the same thing a feminist SJW would complain about, just phrased differently and seen from another point of view. Regardless, I was entertained. I've only got two female friends, as my standards for a person to be worth hanging out with are the same for men and women. Just think about whether or not you'd enjoy talking to this girl if she were absolutely hideous and/or had a penis. If the girl passes the "would I hang out with her if she had a penis" test, then I would consider her suitable friend material.

I can understand how you got downvoted, I was sorely tempted by your first sentence, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt for the rest of your post, and I see that you're "technically correct". Everyone has to act in their self interests, and objectivism acts in the self interest of the non-parasitic members of society.It doesn't really make sense for people who are "below average" to be objectivist, therefore you're correct in that it wouldn't be a great philosophy for "society overall".

I think you have to excuse a little bit of self-insertion fantasy from Ayn Rand in her book. But the part where Rearden's wife disrespect's his gift of Rearden metal, and Dagny Taggart snaps it up to wear it publicly, that part was extremely TRP.
