Doesn't really matter, they still need to hire women so those jobs will remain vacant. Here where I live, Italy, companies must have at least a certain % of female employees, if they don't they must act accordingly. So in this case the spots would remain vacant and probably some men offloaded to make the math math

Prob not the case.. those companies will need to fill the slots with other women 😅

Back during university (cs) we had a company come over and explain their work to us students it was a pretty big company working with big names At the end of their presentation, they offered a traineeship at the company, but for women only (salary + travel expenses and meals, which is a huge deal as a student). That day, I raised my hand and asked why they had waited until the end to say it, so we (men) would have just left at the beginning and ticked their company off of our future jobs lists I…

There's been a lot of fuss in italy during the past month because of a man murdering his gf for a breakup It's been the most feminist propaganda ever which accused all males of being responsible for that crime, we've had politics, journalists, sport people and even singers publicly shaming the male gender and calling us responsible for it If you try to say you don't feel like you had any fault in it then you're just a mysoginst and member of the patriarchy (I'm not joking BTW) The younger sister…

Innocent until proven guilty one would say, but not in this case for them.. Don't get me wrong, if guilty they must be punished but until the moment a judge sentences it then this is nonsense Ever since it happened with Ronaldo a few more case popped of women making serious accusations, only to disappear once paid off. So my question is, if you truly want justice for the wrongs you allegedly were victim of, why accept mere money? Disgusting and meaningless money? One could think that all you wan…

There's a perfect answer, by someone who claims to be a feminist woman. Sadly it's one drop of sanity in an ocean of shit, but it's refreshing when you see that Edit: pernalink to comment https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/16k7cms/comment/k0uhtgf/

What baffles me most, is that we are held accountable for something that happened way before we (or most of us I guess) were even born I should not pay for something I'm not responsible of, I refuse to. In 2023 if you're being an unreasonable bitch I need to be able to call you that without any repercussion, but we all know that isn't the case

Femminicidio is a widely used expression in italy as well It's really stupid how often you hear "3 out of 10 murders are Femminicidi" (or similar) As if the other 7 don't count

Feminism had a reason to exist yes, but in the past not anymore What feminism is doing now is trying to overcorrect a problem and that way is creating the very same problem but on the other side It's very unfortunate for us that noone, or almost noone will take this seriously.. Because of course men = bad and liars

My high school teachers were just like this Special mention to my Italian/latin/story/geography and English teachers I remember clear like the sun the time our geography teacher told us "If I'm asking you what recently happened in America you have to say: the election of the first black person as president, we are still yet to see a woman elected, hopefully one day it will happen" If you skipped the second part then sucks to be you The English teacher kept shoving feminist bullshit in every sing…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
