3	How To Do Push/Pull – Using Suggestion Ok, I understand that. For me when I feel 'pushed' or 'negged' it gives me this weird feeling inside.... Sorta like shame, or insulted or maybe just hurt feelings. One ex had read all this stuff and tried to apply it.... He literally (playfully) pushed me away while I was hugging him.
