7	A local breakfast spot, didn't a cafe that opened recently have a similar business model? Honestly, the markup/margin on restaurant food is high enough they can probably afford it. They have to hit those margins in order to account for buying enough stock of perishable items and throwing half of it away if it doesn’t sell soon enough.
