there’s definitely feminists who are anti-men, but that doesn’t mean all feminism is anti-men. i don’t think anyone should be anti-men but rather anti-misogyny. but please do not make the same generalizations as you are criticizing. “feminists are anti-men” is a generalization. “there is an issue with some feminists being anti-men” is a much better thing to say. i hope this makes sense. i’m not trying to insult you or put you down, just simply explain why i don’t believe your statement is correc…

well a woman insulting a man isn’t feminism. a woman shouldn’t insult a man’s body just as much as a man shouldn’t insult a woman’s. we should not be commenting on eachothers bodies or saying unkind things to one another. the world needs more love and kindness, not less! i believe every woman & every man deserves to feel happy, kind, and safe

your response completely scraped what i said at face value. it isn’t a feeling, it’s a genuine safety risk. there’s PROOF men are posing a danger to women and also proof they typically get away with it. what about that doesn’t click with you?

well, no it’s about liberation. there are a lot of women who masquerade as feminists and don’t know what they’re talking about but as it stands we are not equal until women don’t have to fear walking home at night, until the male on female sexual abuse rates lower, until there’s better protections put in place for women

i try to be kind to others, i’m a feminist. i try to be kind and helpful. sometimes i do insult absolutely ignorant men who won’t listen because they deserve it. but i try to educate first. nobody should call you those things if they haven’t got any reason to. but we want liberation, not equality. and yes, a lot of men are the issue. can you walk down the street at night and feel safe? i can’t. do people scream sexual comments at you when you walk down the road almost weekly? they do it to me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
