FTA: The day is designed to raise awareness around men’s mental health and aims to encourage listeners to speak up if they’re struggling or reach out to others whom they suspect could be. From 6am to 6pm on Thursday, there will be no regular radio shows or news or traffic or ads. Instead, there will just be candid conversations with Triple M presenters and guest stars such as Dave Grohl around mental health.
