It is not. Mandatory military service for both genders is the most realistic basis for the position of president, who is usually the highest military position in the country. Your statement would ring true if militaries and wars haven't been the path humankind had to go through to obtain free societies.

What specific point are you looking for hard data on? The first comment you claimed has been empirically studied which you are now claiming is hard to study. You keep mixing factual data and trying to corelate it to your some weak theories which is rather boring. The vast majority of suicides aren't anything about feelings not being heard. They are related to consequential realities that they see have no solveable route like unemployment. You could talk all day about how you feel and that wouldn't eliminate the pressure from having no job or losing your kids to a divorce or a chronic illness.

How do taxes work right now then? The progressive scale has the input from income tax as top 10 pay 70% 50-90= 27% and bottom 50> 3%. The bottom 50 in US is roughly people making 40k a year.

There isn't a single test of UBI that has been done on people earning 60k a year and below. The Ontario one was 25k and the Finnish one was done on the unemployed. How will they come out even when they aren't recipients? Unless I am missing a study? And thats not even the finer details. Will UBI eliminate welfare and other social programs or be an added system.

No. It means the middle class also gets taxed more in comparison to either of the classes. The rich are already taxed more and the poor are already exempted. To fix that deficit in a progressive scale you have to tilt the slide even more, that means a large chunk of the middle class will get hit with a higher rate. Shit gets expensive whether or not exceptions are added.

Have you heard of the gender suicide paradox. It is where women contemplate and attempt suicide 2-4 times higher than males. While males die from suicide 3-4 times higher than females in the Western world. Female attempts are at times attributed as a sign for call for help. This is not about emotions and no study had been able to co-relate how men handle emotions and their suicide rate.
