Her not being a government official doesn't invalidate the argument that she is a threat someone else's constitutional rights. The body of the government is made up of its citizens, and if enough citizens think as she does, that's how it'll go.

One problem with that is that it doesn't end. There will be no "good education" to balance it out because US public schools and modern culture just straight up teach that men and women are equal and interchangeable. Not tossing out the whole argument, but the "good education" line sticks out to me.
