My dad died todayMy condolences. My old man died when i was 13. I know it hurts buddy, but it gets better with time. Stay strong, take a trip to central America or South East Asia and take your mind off of things. Life keeps going whether you want it or not. Don't fall back. | /r/MGTOW | 16/07/19 03:05 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Aw I should have known. Btw actual Japanese trading ships are like you described that's why I mentioned it. About the worst condition... It would have to be the typhoon near the coast of china, between Rizhao and Qingdao. | /r/MGTOW | 18/03/19 09:08 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Lmao sorry man, I fangirled I guess. | /r/MGTOW | 18/03/19 09:31 AM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Hey not everyone goes aboard Japanese vessels. What can I say lol. Korean ships are really the future. | /r/MGTOW | 18/03/19 08:03 AM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Oh man DWshimoda. The man himself. I really love your comments and your input in this Community. Please keep up the good work buddy. | /r/MGTOW | 18/03/19 08:02 AM
Saw the video post; i raise you this:I was the poster. My 2nd officer passed through the Artic Circle when going to Canada a week before I boarded the vessel. He showed me such pictures. I think the temperature was around -40 as well | /r/MGTOW | 18/03/19 08:01 AM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.ok so I was just an apprentice. I was paid about 1400 usd. But the prospects are HUGE. For example a simple 2nd officer could earn up to 6k USD per MONTH. If we are talking about a Captain one could earn 15k or MORE per MONTH. But getting to the rank of captain is hard work. Usually if you are really dedicated you can reach that at about the age of 36. But I've seen people still being chief officers at the age of 40, it depends on you really, and your dedication and will to advance and travel. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 08:29 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.OK so I'm gonna be careful right now so as not to dox myself or anything. I'll just say im not from the USA so I've got no idea how things are there but for me it was a simple process of getting into the specific Maritime Academy. Basically like a college. For the US I feel like there are certain academies you could try joining that could provide you with the opportunity to get a third or second mate diploma. But that's all I know. You could also perhaps try finding a union of Maritime Officers?… | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 06:48 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Well both are shitholes anyways lol. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 05:11 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Sure I'm all for posting this kind of content if it gets seen by most guys here. I'd love to share some of my adventures and hear a few from some other guys here. I do have this special wanderlust that makes me spend money travelling. But it's worth it | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 04:37 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Damn, it's been some time. Time flies by fast indeed. Our navtex and ais consoles were really bad frankly. Had close to none standard message we had to type everything ourselves on the daily and weekly tests. But lets see if I remember it correctly. It should be something like: I read you loud and clear. And afterwards you would receive my Test message iirc. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 04:36 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Nah maybe I didn't phrase it right. Basically we carried processed Iron ore and when we had to transfer new cargo the holds had to be cleaned to accommodate the new one. Basically it was load, sail, unload, prepare cargo hold while sailing to new port for loading. There are whole books on the methods of cargo hold cleaning but that's for another time. Hope I cleared it up for you | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 03:49 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Yeah that's one thing I miss frankly. The ship's engine vibrations and being rocked to sleep. I'd give anything to have these two things back. And that's coming from a 20 year old, that can sleep while listening to heavy rock playing at max volume. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 02:52 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.I've got a lot more material, if you guys wanna see it. I got pictures and videos ranging from China, to Australia, to Korea to even Singapore. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 02:50 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada. We had our fair share of bad weather, but nothing this extreme. Worst thing I've seen is a small typhoon near the coast of China, somewhere between Rizhao and Qingdao | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 02:45 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Yeah it was a shithole to be frank. Fucking Bulk Carriers and their fucking cargo holds. Cleaning coal and iron ore for 10 hours a day sure does a number on you. I gave up on the merchant maritime since it wasn't my cup of tea. Sure it's liberating and whatnot but, personally, it's not worth it | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 02:43 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Well we didnt pass from high danger areas, for example Somalia or Yemen. But still there are certain counter-measures. Specifically barbed wire and spraying the fuckers with high pressure hoses. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 02:41 PM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada. It's hard life, but if you can handle it, more power to you. Gives you the freedom to do a lot of things. | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 10:53 AM
Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, after departing from Canada.Well that was a year ago. I though I would post it here seeing you guys like seeing these things. After Canada we went to South Africa and moved towards Korea, Australia and China | /r/MGTOW | 17/03/19 10:52 AM
Not all those who wander are lost.Lucky me I'm much closer then! Maybe I'll head there for my birthday in February. Out of curiosity what is CCA? | /r/MGTOW | 06/01/19 08:58 PM
Not all those who wander are lost.I mean holy fuck dude it looks amazing. I'd love to go there sometime | /r/MGTOW | 06/01/19 08:11 PM
Not all those who wander are lost.Where is that place? Looks like a nice place to escape to! | /r/MGTOW | 06/01/19 05:48 PM

What videogames are you playing atm and what upcoming release are you hyped for?Really waiting for Kingdom Come:Deliverance to be released as well as Final Fantasy XV to come on the PC on 4K res. Other than these I'm really into Total war Warhammer, MGSV, The witcher 3 and nier. But don't have enough time these days, to devote a lot of my day. Also into League but it's the worst time sink there is... | /r/MGTOW | 21/12/17 07:29 PM
UnfairnessPoint is, fair opportunity for everyone is it not? | /r/MGTOW | 04/12/17 09:26 PM
UnfairnessSure thing. That's why I am in this academy. Because honestly It is more of a practical academy, than a university. I'll have a certain job for the foreseeable future. And unless a total collapse happens I won't be out of a job. I'll have money and able to disappear in a single week and never be heard of for the next 6 or so months | /r/MGTOW | 04/12/17 06:43 PM
UnfairnessThat's one way to see things that's certain, but unless we know whether there is Jesus, Buddha or reincarnation then we can't do shite but hope. | /r/MGTOW | 04/12/17 06:36 PM
UnfairnessI'm not being a victim here. I've been through worse. Couldn't care less about that guy, it's mostly a rant if you feel me. Like why can't we as men make our life a bit easier? | /r/MGTOW | 04/12/17 06:35 PM
An autumn cruise!I'll be going on a road that Winter can't claim, but mother nature can claim your life easily. I'm a merchant navy cadet preparing to go to on what I hope a 6 month trip without women. Good money but a hard life indeed. | /r/MGTOW | 15/10/17 07:02 PM
An autumn cruise!God damn man, you should consider writing. Like I could see myself in the driver's cabin, with some rhythmic rock playing, while the leaves rustle as I pass by. Stay strong | /r/MGTOW | 15/10/17 06:00 PM
We need to eliminate the patriarchy in western nations so male suicide rates can finally go down ~~~~(VoightKent thread)The irony is that in The people's republic of China, which is a modern country, but not affected by feminism as much as the States the suicide ratio is <1. Would you look at that. Feminism is indeed cancer. | /r/MGTOW | 08/10/17 04:39 PM
whats you’re age, why did you go mgtowI'm an 18 year old wee lad. I actually found about mgtow about a year or two back. My father died due to cancer when I was 13 so I grew up with a mother, that although didn't go after other men and preserved the family's honour(We do have a big fucking family genealogical tree), wasn't able to give any male values. She isn't a bad mother. Actually based on what I've read here is she a saint. But enough of that. As I was saying I'm 18 and mgtow helped me make some decisions I wouldn't otherwise h… | /r/MGTOW | 04/10/17 07:54 PM
Men who don't want to get married; why? Repost of Old /r/AskMen thread. Gold'Mmmm' moan TM 'Mmmm' moan™ FTFY | /r/MGTOW | 21/09/17 02:35 PM
Aristotle says it bestNone could have put that any better. Governments have to take notes, and understand that a man that has his sexual needs met, through any means, is a productive member of society! Socrates and most ancient Greek philosophers understood that fact and took steps to allow men to have their sexual needs met. | /r/MGTOW | 09/09/17 07:52 PM
SMH ...WTF???Maybe he was affected by the Japanese? Who knows... | /r/MGTOW | 29/08/17 02:06 PM
I will hop the fence a bit to check what the arguments are like on all ends... Oh boy.Hell there biological differences between men as well. My 12 year old nephew is stronger than my 23 year old ass! I mean It's reality and nothing can change that. We ARE NOT equal. Never been | /r/MGTOW | 15/08/17 07:40 AM
[QUESTION] Fellows who were raised without male role model, how did you fill the lacks?Dad died from cancer when I was 14 or so. Mum has been taking care of us, and as a widow she never went after other men. I mean stuff has been hard, always low on money and such. As for a male role model? I suppose my older brother. He is a network engineer and has his own business. Pretty successful. Works out even at the age of 45. I look up to him. Learned the guitar thanks to him, and his advice really set me straight. I was thinking of giving up on life and such but he helped a lot. | /r/MGTOW | 11/08/17 07:04 PM
Truly intelligent men can't get girlsI'm not good looking. I knew that as a kid, when I was never invited to female parties. So beta little me thought, "Then I should get smarter, learn stuff, be a better learner". And I actually did that. Now here I am writing in mgtow having realized that I'll probably will not get laid with just smarts. But what really bothers me is that I may not be intelligent enough to make questions about society, or how anything works. I'm not content with that, and I don't get it how people are, but that i… | /r/MGTOW | 30/07/17 08:49 AM
