1	Does NLP help? NLP is an interesting one - it is a bit faddy and a bit woo-woo, and similarly it's not hugely backed by science. However, I would say it's pretty good at letting you explore reasons behind why you do things that you do. It's a little bit like cognitive behavioural therapy in that way, and if your mind is open to it (I'm pretty sure not everyone is), it's completely possible to see everything in a very different way. 1	Meet a girl and I'm confused. Help me out! How on earth can you "feel" anything remotely conclusive about her if you've only known her for a week? See this for the irrational oneitis that it is and nothing else.
