Ignore the paranoid baby trap comments. Its irrelevant to the info supplied from your FR and seems like just projection.

Agreed, it's a bummer (and a blessing in disguise) it's allowed me to depend more on myself and figure out what works for me instead of coming here for suggestions.

In my humble opinion, I think the attitude you have already will suit you well. I moved out when I was like 21 and didn't give a shit what went up. It was practically a replica of my 17 yr old bedroom, not a horrible thing of course but it wasn't something I intended to present to the women I would be dating. It wasn't until much later I overhauled my style and upgraded what was presented to my house guest as the kind of home I wanted to live in. What I learned from that was frames and display c…

I've always maintained it's the quality of the content that you decorate with over the subject matter. When I first moved out I had a bunch of Kevin Smith movie posters tacked up on my wall that got worn out and ratty over time. Eventually I put some of them in frames and weeded out the old obsolete posters. Paintings of gamer stuff over posters has always been my personally preference and women respond positively to them more. In the end what's most important is what you like. It's your room, m…

I went through a similar revelation after breaking up with someone in December, I planned on marrying. I've forwarded this to a friend of mine whose been questioning herself around the guys she likes. I'm really glad you're where you're at in life. Congratulations on being happy with yourself, for yourself.

Couldn't agree more with this. More often than not when a girl blows me off she'll call back later and I've already moved onto Plan B. The fact that I'm already busy and moving on will often cause them to want to reschedule the next day and become intent on keeping those plans.

I was dating a woman 10 years my senior a couple years backs. She was 34 and I was 24. Just be yourself and act confident. She's genuinely interested in you, plus she wants your young hot body. Don't think too hard on it, be smart and confident. Seriously though, confidence confidence CONFIDENCE. She wants you and that's all you need to know.

comic books for sure. They've been popular for some time now, plenty of girls grew up watching those old FOX marvel shows too. I live and breathe Superman, I am passionate as fuck about Clark Kent. Talk about what you know and why it's amazing and why it deserves a closer look.

You're putting too much into the rejection. You should be more proud of yourself you did a cold approach. I like what Throwaway PUA mentioned, she doesn't even know you so how can she reject you? It wasn't personal and you shouldn't think that it is. I really truly understand being sensitive about your looks but you don't even know if that was a factor. You gotta suck it up and move forward. You never know how tomorrow will pan out.

A bro would want you to get laid. First real rule of being a true bro is handling your own shit.

Wow I absolutely love your comment here. I was always trying to feed that loop myself until I realized I'm always going to want more from myself. Now as long as I'm pushing myself forward I'm personally satisfied. My ego is just a tool now to motivate me in the right direction for more things I want.

I have always maintained redheads are my kryptonite. My brain melts out my ears for a really cute girl with long red hair.

Smile, eye contact, approach him/her yourself. It goes both ways.

Agreed with most posters they're not your mates. My circle of chums has this one poor bastard we call "The Cock-blocking Robot" he's horrible when talking to women and makes sure to talk to everyone girl a at a party. He'll throw friends under the bus every time to make himself look good. I finally had enough of it last halloween after I was chatting up 3 different girls and he badmouthed me in front of each one. Haven't spoken to him since and as I recall because of his behavior at that party h…

hm. I like what you're saying here. I've always tried to be a gentleman myself but I feel I'm somewhere in the middle between funny and scholar. Something to ponder for myself. Much obliged.
