Already got 4 numbers actually, which is what led to me not hitting her up and caring less about the situation. But since I am really digging her I would like to set up something but I'm waiting a couple more days before I do.

She did have valid reasons for being busy, both of which pertaining to her daughter. I probably should have elaborated a little more on that part. When I tried to arrange something for this coming Monday after trying for yesterday and today is when she stopped responding. After I had already asked is when I realized I was showing too much availability hence why I backed off for a bit.

In my experience it doesn't even have to be formal meditation. Personally I just sit down with my bass or hop on the drums for an hour or so and it helps me stay in the moment, along with upping my confidence due to hours of practice every day.
